Jadi gak...hehehe

Lama giler rasanya umi tak update blog ni...bukan apa...sgt2 bz dgn tugasan dan umi ada kursus. So tersadai jap blog umi....nak cerita apa pun tak tau nak mulakan mana satu...yg pastinya br2 ni umi ada terintai2 blog org umi jumpa resepi biskut Nutella Fudgy Oatmeal.....tgk bgr mcm teruja pastu sng giler....so umi try lah...hehehehehe...yeeeyyyyy jadiiiiiiiiiii....rasa nya pun sedappppppp...cumaaaaaaaaaa...jgn ikut sgt resepi tu...manisssssssssssss....sib baik umi dah kurgkan kandungan gulanya...tu pun masih manis....tp kan mkn skit2 lama2 jd ketagih hahahha....

Ni lah rupa biskut tu...tp ni umi amik dari web resepi tu je, cuma umi nya gelap skit sbb guna koko van houten tin tu....gbr sendiri tak sempat nak amik pun....sgt2 sibuk hocayyyy (kononnya lah)

Recipe: Nutella Fudgy Oatmeal No-Bake Cookies
Summary: A simple, decadent fudgy no-bake cookie for the Nutella lover in you.

Ingredients
■2 cups sugar
■1/2 cup cocoa
■1/2 cup milk
■1 – 2 cups quick-cooking oats (1 cup = thinner, molten-like cookie, 2 cups = thicker, chewier cookie)
■1 cup Nutella
■1/2 cup butter
■1 teaspoon vanilla
Step by Step
1.Combine sugar, cocoa and milk in a medium stockpot. Cook over medium to low heat until reaches a rolling boil stage. Allow to hold the boiling stage for about two minutes to thicken.
2.Remove from heat and stir in oatmeal, nutella, butter, and vanilla. Whisk until it is ready to drop onto waxed paper, about three minutes.
3.Scoop 1 tablespoon of mixture and drop onto waxed paper. Allow to cool thoroughly. The longer the cookies stand on the waxed paper to air dry, the harder they will become.
